The C36 AMG is considered a modern classic and holds a special place in Mercedes history, as the first model jointly produced by the partnership with German auto tuners AMG.It had a limited production run with only approximately 5,200 units worldwide. It produces a claimed 206kW and 385Nm from its hand-built M104 straight six 3.6L engine, which although based in the C280 powerplant, featured a special crankshaft, forged pistons and different camshafts and was electronically limited to 250km/h. In conjunction with the bespoke engine, the car was kitted with AMG styled deep front bumper, side skirts and unique rear bumper, carbon fibre look window blades and interior inserts, two tone steering wheel and 17" staggered monoblock alloy wheels.
This well presented example shows little of the 202,271ks travelled since new, has excellent mostly Mercedes dealership service history with original log book and manuals, retains both keys and has current NSW registration until 01/01/2026. Features of this desirable modern classic include 17" AMG monoblock alloy wheels, fog lights, AMG body kit, chrome exterior trim, power mirrors, power windows, power sunroof, metallic paint, black perforated leather upholstery and trim, front sports seats, black and grey two-tone leather sports steering wheel, cruise control, aftermarket Sony stereo and remote, Bluetooth connectivity, AMG dash clock, dual zone air conditioning and more.
The car has been well serviced with a recent gearbox refresh and rebuild, and has held the matching 'CEE360' number plates since delivery.
