In 1998 vehicle giant Volkswagen Auto Group purchased the Bentley brand off Rolls Royce, with the Continental GT being their first release in 2003. While still being prominently hand built, it was the first Bentley ever to utilise mass production techniques and not be completely coach built. The benefit of this production method was instant, giving the brand a far larger customer base with service and repairs becoming cheaper and easier.

The 6-litre twin turbo W12 engine has four camshafts and 48 valves producing 552 hp at 6100 RPM and 650 Nm of torque starting at just 1600 rpm in front of a ZF6-speed automatic transmission. A true 300kph+ Grand Tourer with an acceleration rate of 0 to 100kph in just 4.9 seconds with fully automatic shift or fully manual paddle transmission and constant all-wheel-drive.

This particular 2006 Continental Flying Spur has traveled 140,125ks since new with full logbook history, with three remote keys.
