Introduced in 1976 the E24 6-Series was a replacement for the E9 Coupe, now one of the most collectable BMWs ever produced, and marked the first generation of BMW’s new Grand Tourer. Built on the BMW 5 Series platform, the E24 carried forward key styling cues from the E9 while introducing a more modern design with the addition of a B pillar. Production would conclude in 1989, with the 6-Series not returning until the early 2000s. Powered by BMW’s smooth 3.2-litre inline-six, this 1977 BMW 633 CSi is finished in schwarz black with contrasting chrome inserts. This example has an Australian import date of July 2006 and represents a fantastic opportunity to own a desirable BMW from the golden era. The 633 CSi presents a ownership experience that is well suited to weekend enjoyment and club use, an increasingly hard to find model that should not be missed.CONDITION REPORT
