Introduced in 1976 the E24 6-Series was a replacement for the E9 Coupe, now one of the most collectable BMWs ever produced, and marked the first generation of BMW’s new Grand Tourer. Built on the BMW 5 Series platform, the E24 carried forward key styling cues from the E9 while introducing a more modern design with the addition of a B pillar. Production would conclude in 1989, with the 6-Series not returning until the early 2000s. Powered by BMW’s smooth 3.2-litre inline-six, this 1977 BMW 633 CSi has travelled an indicated 123,842 miles since new and is finished in schwarz black with contrasting chrome inserts. This example has an Australian import date of July 2006 and represents a fantastic opportunity to own a desirable BMW from the golden era. The 633 CSi presents a ownership experience that is well suited to weekend enjoyment and club use with current ACT registration until the 07/04/2026.
